These one-day workshops will provide all the information you need to ensure you write your best college essays.
It’s a crucial part of the admissions process is the admissions essay: according to many college admissions representatives, the essay is the primary determining factor in both admissions and scholarship decisions.
The essay is the only real opportunity for a student to express who he or she really is to a college and to the admissions committee. Your story must be uniquely you, and most of all, genuine. Plus, you must demonstrate the value you will bring to the school as an incoming student.
This guided workshop will include activities so that students actively engage in self exploration and brainstorming techniques. Students will produce drafts of multiple essays which can be used for both admissions and scholarship applications during the workshop.
